Position Summary :

Job Role : Chinese - Business Analyst

Professional Experience : 4-6 Yrs

Education / Qualifications : A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a Computer course / BE with additional MBA qualification Good to have

Key competencies :

- Helping the business implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.

- Performs a liaison function between the business side and the providers of IT services.

- Systems analysis - The interpretation of business rules and requirements for technical systems (generally within IT)

- Helping in organizing, Translating, Eliciting and simplifying requirements and their analysis and management.

- Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups

- Strategic business process modelling, traceability and quality management techniques

- Design and tune processes to standardize the organization's workflows.

- Deliver Functional Requirements - data models, technical specifications, use case scenarios, work instructions, reports.

- Deliver Data Models - Data requirements expressed as a documented data model, Business case, a strategic plan containing shareholders- risk and return.
