Business Analyst - Ingenium

JOB SUMMARY:

- Will manage the team of In-house and outsourced staff whose primary responsibilities include:

- Managing Business Requirement for Max Life's main Policy admin systems (Ingenium) including Integrated systems like Collection Management / Commissions Management /Communication management Systems and Reports etc.)

- Provide consultancy to business for their IT needs both compliance related as well as operational efficiency related.

- End to end responsibility and ownership of solutions from Designing till their implementation (done in Project Mode)

- Post Productionization Issue Resolution and active participation in production support by providing functional expertise in solving issues with proper RCA/RCCA

- Functional Training & Knowledge Management within the team and stakeholders

- Responsible for healthy Relationship with end users or their IT SPOCs

- Responsible for building and managing governance processes and making sure teams are consciously adhering to Processes

- Responsible for building knowledgeable and strong team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing Business Requirements:

- Tracking Business's IT Requirements and regular status updates

- User Expectations Management on quality, testing, design

- Responsible for ensuring dashboards to stakeholders

Business Consultancy:

- Partner with Business to understand their IT needs and discuss possibilities based on existing system capabilities and suggest realistic solutions

- Analyze existing business processes to understand Business's need to improve operational efficiency

Solutions Implementation:

- Interface between Technology and Business and is responsible to propose end-to-end quality solutions

- Responsible for detailed analysis of the Business Requirements from functional standpoint

- Responsible for end-to-end solution design in-line with robust architecture practices

- Responsible for ensuring all possible business scenarios are covered

- Responsible to own & work with Production Support teams to solutionize Production Defects & adherence of governance process including RACIS matrix

Sustenance:

- Responsible to maintain the SLA for L1, L2 & L3 teams

- Responsible for weekly meetings & dashboards with respective business teams

- Support in application monitoring, performance, System tuning, up-keep & hardening

- Managing the knowledge repository & periodic trainings to team

- Support in upgrades(n-1)/VAPT/License/Compliance

- Support - compliance/IS/data leakage open points for the system

- Support DR Readiness & completeness, system audits

- API enablement/common capability creation

- Maintain System/service/response time and SLA's

Desired qualifications and experience:

- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline from a reputed university / institute OR MCA from a reputed university / institute

Knowledge and skills required:

- 4+ years of relevant PAS experience and should be working or should have worked with large reputed organizations
