Business Analyst - Information Technology Outsource Division - KPO

We are looking for Business Analysts for our KPO client in Hyderabad for their Information Technology Outsource (ITO) division.

Job Description:

- Translate stakeholder requirements into different deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements

- Elicitation, Requirement gathering & Stakeholder collaboration

- Act as a liaison between business and technology groups to facilitate communication both ways

- Preparing BRD,FRD and SRS (Business Documentation)

- Designing Context Diagram, Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram, State Transition Diagram, Sequence Diagrams.

- Produce detailed Mockups & Wire-framing with versatile tools such as Balsamiq, Mockingbird, Mockup Builder, Mock flow

- Communicate requirements and updates of the same to the relevant stakeholder group

- Review test plans and provide feedback to the Quality Assurance group for the test case index

- Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing

Requirements:

- Should be Smart and have Excellent Communication Skills.

- Should have worked as a Business Analyst in a Similar role.

- Should have excellent knowledge of SDLC / Agile Scrum / Waterfall Methodologies.

- Should be willing to relocate to Hyderabad if not from Hyderabad
