Business Analyst for the Founder's office is a diverse and challenging position with its broad scope of responsibilities and high accountability. You will play a central role in driving insights which would form the basis for key strategic and business decisions. You will receive frequent coaching and mentoring from the senior management and have a courtside view of how a fast-growing start-up is built. This role will be a precursor to several long-term exciting opportunities within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the CEO, and collaborate with the top management (such as CSO, CPO and Growth Head)

- Drive deep strategic insights from customer data, and recommend new growth and product avenues

- Work on the most important projects to enable growth and drive CX along with other teams, and guide them with data-driven insights

- Conduct primary and secondary research to collect data and perform analysis to validate hypotheses

- Carry out market, competitor and product research / benchmarking to continuously drive higher value proposition for our customers

- Create / manage performance dashboards and presentations, and share insights with the top management

- Financial modelling, scenario analysis and business projections

Requirements:

- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.

- You have 1-4 Years of experience in relevant role

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Exceptional at synthesizing insights from data and thinking innovatively

- High ownership and attention to detail

- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar.

- Technical capabilities: SQL and MS Excel

Nice to haves:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work on a range of requirements.

- Experience in analysing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.

- Penchant for business, curiosity about numbers, persistence to work with data and passion for uncovering insights out of that.
