Business Analyst - Industrial/Automation

Hiring for Business Analyst for a major building automation multinational in Mumbai

Experience: 4-6 years

Qualification: B.Tech, BE in computers, electronics and electrical will be preferred

4-6 years of experience working as a liaison among project stakeholders to elicit requirements, communicate, validate business needs and document requirements that a technology team could use for application development

- Ability to analyze and break down requirements, capture business flows, understand and document business rules

- Use a range of tools to document requirements into user stories, document use cases and work with web designers to create wireframes/navigational prototype

- Experience in delivering BA artifacts such as Business Requirements Document, Software Requirements Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams, etc

- Experience working in Agile model using scrum methodologies

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with senior customer executives

- Ability to coordinate with development and QA teams to perform System Testing for applications prior to delivery for UAT

- Very importantly, have the ability to look at business processes and devise solutions that are intuitive, easy for business to adopt and design for future scalability and global deployment

- Experience of working in the Energy/Sustainability/Chillers/Building Automation domain will be a plus
