Job Responsibilities:

Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):

- Use data and insights derived from data analysis to drive processes improvements so that business requirements are met

- Design experiments across user groups to identify attributes that lead to higher engagement, satisfaction and course completion

- Analyze data across assessments (grades, submissions), attendance and user engagement (logins, reading content, watching videos etc) to look for behavioral patterns

- Develop models that predict the likely hood of falling behind / dropping out and design interventions to prevent this - Design, build and improve management dashboards to visualize performance and progress

Relevant Background:

- Qualification: Bachelors in a quantitative program such as statistics or engineering from a top ranked college or Masters in business analytics from a top ranked business school

- Experience: Minimum 2 years work experience in analytics

- Competency:

Business Analyst is requires a unique blend of analytical skills and passion to turn data into meaningful information and drive decision making within the organization

The ideal candidate would have a creative and problem solving mindset with excellent time management skills

Is passionate about education and having transformative impact

Can communicate and present ideas and findings clearly and effectively through visualizations
