Business Analyst - IIM

Role : Business Analyst

It is a strategically important role and you will act as a trusted adviser to key stakeholders (BU Heads) within the business units, effectively managing / advising / carrying out market research, business gap analysis , assist in new product development programmes , client delivery programmes.

Key responsibilities:

- Help each BU on specific research needs, and recommend action items abased on research data.

- Actively supports all HOD’s on Specific assignments with respect to analysis and understanding of the market, in the their business strategies regarding the growth of their distribution networks through the use, production and analysis of market data, and the development/adjustment of analytical models or tools.

- Analyses the research results, draws conclusions and pinpoints strategic elements, identifies possible solutions and makes recommendations to promote business development.

- Provide resolution and actions on all deliverable that are at risk of being outside agreed parameters and recommend effective corrective action

- Assist in the development of business cases for proposed projects, also develop business plans where necessary.

- Define the gap between existing and new business processes and take the lead in the initiation of any new projects or developments in existing projects.

- Analyzing requirements and creating specifications to clearly define the requirements of any new product, feature or change

- Ensure that deliverable are delivered to agreed timescales, quality and costs by working closely with key stakeholders

Key qualifications:

- IIM Graduate, with 1 – 3 years of Knowledge in business-focused analysis including capturing requirements and solution design

- Solid commercial experience. Experience of using application development methodologies is also desired

- Previous experience is required of working on marketing research /projects that are connected to sales & business development.
