Job Purpose :
Reporting to the HR Digital Manager, the Business Analyst is responsible for for supporting the selection, implementation and ongoing lifecycle management of solutions which deliver an end-to end HR business process. partnering with subject matter experts (Solution Owners) in the relevant group and Divisional functions to understand requirements, deliver solutions to support them, and act as techno-functional subject matter expert for that process and solutions on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities :
- Demonstrable extensive systems experience within HRIS and integration with other HR and non-HR systems
- Interact with business users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests.
- Analyze current business practices, user needs, and workflow processes to develop and implement solutions based on business requirements
- Global HRIS implementation experience within a complex environment to harmonize and create value add using tools
- Analyze and document the business requirements
- Define the integration specifications alongside the 3rd party and internal system owners
- Assist in the creation of RFI and RFP documents for HRIS solution review and selection
- Review the HRIS standard "to be" business processes and assist business process owners to align to them
- Ensure all integration points with other systems and processes are identified and incorporated into all business requirement definitions and solution review.
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Extensive HR systems, function and Process knowledge
- A minimum of 8 years- experience in HR Systems business analysis
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources, ability to adapt to change, and attention to detail
- Certification/s in project management standards will be a plus
- Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- Knowledge and experience in technologies, tools and applications, such as ADP products, HRIS systems, SAP.
- Have significant experience of working on projects with examples of successful delivery, with specific understanding of relevant business processes
