Job Description
Work on PeopleSoft or Human resources projects involving strategy, production support, implementation support, and performance optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the PeopleSoft applications
- Ability to manage multiple projects, multiple teams at the same time catering to 12 geographical locations.
- Participate in PeopleSoft business processes mapping and in the day-to-day activities of ERP advisory engagements including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and documentation
- Identify and communicate findings/presentations to senior management.
- Vendor management and managing key stakeholders in HRMG
Requirements
Five years of PeopleSoft HCM experience and significant experience with PeopleSoft Payroll , Time and Labor, Leave and Absence, ePerformance with PeopleSoft version 9.1
- Working Knoweldge of SQRs, Integration Broker, We Services and PS Queries
- MCA/MBA(Systems)/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college/university
- Experience in the various phases of an implementation lifecycle and knowledge of implementation methodology
- Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
