We're seeking a Business Analyst with 0 - 4 yrs of Experience to actively contribute to an exciting time of growth and development for one of our client who is the leader in Health &amp; Wellness sector. This is a fantastic career defining the opportunity for someone who enjoys a role filled with variety, challenges and autonomy. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Heads to understand business issues, focus areas and growth factors; and translate into analytical initiatives. Will work with the business to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes - Will interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs - Work with various functional teams and own data-driven experimentation to improve visibility on efficiency and performance metrics - Own and manage all data for specific modules of analytical projects - Use of various statistical/modeling tools and techniques to carry out analysis and reveal insights - Will gather, documents, and analyzes business needs and requirements - Carry out periodic performance analysis of running projects and prepare reports/dashboards for same. - Will solve business problems and, as needed, designs technical solutions Competencies and Skills: - strong analytical bent of mind with a penchant for problem-solving and troubleshooting - Knowledge and understanding of quantitative and statistical analysis is required - Expertise in Microsoft Office is a must. - Knowledge of SAS, SQL and SPSS is preferable - Listen clearly, communicate effectively, and observe minutely. - Be a good team player
