Business Analyst - Healthcare

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Requirement Elicitation for Healthcare projects

- Creating business requirement documents, user stories, SOPs, user manual and requirement traceability matrix.

- Communicating requirements and other relevant communications with Internal and External Stakeholders.

- Business Process mapping to understand current process and determining process improvement.

- Assisting project management at multiple stages including research testing and implementation of new products

- Collaborating with other department leaders for requirement prioritization and new project development.

- Analysing data, developing reporting formats and applying data visualization techniques.

Requirements :

- Certification like CBAP/CCBA/PBA would be advantageous.

- A minimum of Three years' experience in healthcare industry.

- Understanding Clinical Workflows and operations.

- Acquainted with Medical terminologies and processes.

- Strong requirement elicitation skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Acumen for creating Screen design, mock screens, wireframes.

- Strong attention to details and technicalities.

- Excellent organizational and technical skills.

- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Expected Educational Qualification :

- A Bachelor's degree in medical or allied fields (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BDS), is mandatory.

- MBA/ MHA or equivalent post graduates will be preferred.
