Business Analyst with Genesys and/or call center experience - 4+ yrs of experience as Business Analyst - Must have experience working on JIRA, Agile and have Scrum knowledge. - Should be good at building use stories in the form of business requirement documents (Clearly project "WHAT" is the expectations of business, "HOW" should IT build the solutions, "WHERE" should these solutions be used) - BA should have good experience working in the Genesys and/or call center experience - Strong Call Centre implementation experience, in particular on the Genesys platform, or similar ones - Strong Business and Requirements Analysis experience - Document complex technical and business needs, business processes and workflows - Strong experience of Agile methodologies - Experience working across multi-cultural environments - Pro-actively solve problems, Good attention to detail - Ability to multitask, to manage a high volume of workload and prioritize effectively with excellent level of attention to detail - Excellent organizational and planning skills - Experience working across all life cycle stage
