Job Responsibilities:
- Looking for Functional consultant implemented few full cycle HCM/HR/HRMS product with atleast 6+ years- experience.
- Should have hands-on Implementation experience in HCM product like SAP / Oracle / PeopleSoft HCM in Payroll Module.
- Design and deploy enhanced processes and technical solutions in support of strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate functional requirement gathering and designing activities across multiple teams, Information Technology (IT) groups and business stakeholders to collaboratively develop effective solutions.
- Work closely with a team of developers and play a major role in the overall delivery of the assigned custom interfaces, objects.
- Drive and fuel innovation within the team, build hacks, work on patents.
- Learn on the go and work on both new requests/projects as well as support production.
Required Skills:
- Should have dealt with the Implementation cycle.
- Ensuring and managing customer Expectation.
- Interaction with product team to ensure geography needs are taken care of in the product.
- To troubleshoot, do root cause analysis and resolve issues.
- Knowledge of End to End implementation process
- To lead and support project initiatives to expand the usage of the product solution to improve and expand HCM processes across the enterprise.
- Positive Attitude, Good communication & Interpersonal skills, extrovert, Confidence, Resilience and determined approach and Good Team Player.
