Business Analyst - Founder's Office - B2B Blockchain Infrastructure - Fintech

Job Summary :

- Own and execute a portfolio of high priority, critical, and strategic operational projects on behalf of the firm's leadership team.

- Drive a number of high-stakes projects and initiatives critical to the success of the organization.

About the Client :

Our client is a B2B Blockchain Infrastructure organization, empowering financial services leverage blockchain technology to modernize the platforms and solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist different business heads and team members in driving growth, business development, product development, and investor relations related projects.

- Work with global external stakeholders in the crypto ecosystem including trading firms, infrastructure firms, custodians, token issuers, and protocols to assist the leadership team in building and driving firm strategy and new projects.

- Build and develop relationships with global stakeholders in the financial services and asset management industry to assist the leadership team in identifying opportunities and driving key strategic projects.

- Keep up to speed on new developments in the crypto and financial services industry, perform competitor analysis, assist business leaders in developing market strategy.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive projects to closure.

- Solve problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution.

- Work with the leadership team to manage the firm's global operations and drive automation and process improvement.

- This role may require travel for up to 25% of the time.

The successful applicant :

- 2+ years business analyst experience in a Tier 1 Consulting firm or Investment Banking, preferably with experience of projects related to capital markets, B2B financial services.

- High degree of passion/interest in blockchain technologies and the fintech ecosystem is a must.

- Any prior experience/involvement in working with the B2B fintech ecosystem is a plus.

- Drive and enthusiasm to get involved in the nuts & bolts of execution.

- Prior experience and involvement in driving projects is a plus.

- Someone who enjoys taking ownership learns quickly and has a bias for action.

- Should be able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholder.

- Has the ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities.
