- Gather user requirements for new reports and enhance existing reports. Interpret needs and design reports to meet end user expectations. - Data modelling, and creation of both logical and physical data models for effective and efficient reporting and quick TAT on ad-hoc requests. - Test all new reports/deliverable and periodically review them for quality control. - Good in requirement analyst, Requirement Gathering, Technical feasibility study, user requirement analysis and recommendation of solutions. - Preparation of Functional and Technical Specifications, process flows and use-case diagrams.Prepare and execute Test Plan and Test Cases. - User support, assist in troubleshoot and rectify issues logged. - Data modelling, and creation of both logical and physical data models for effective and efficient reporting and quick TAT on ad-hoc requests. - Establish the professional working relationship with external and internal users. - Design and develop complex data queries to move and transform data from operational data sources to analytical databases
