Looking for a Business analyst for my FMCG Client Essential Functions / Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for market research, analysis, business intelligence to provide actionable insights to help set the marketing and strategic plans and initiatives. Key responsibilities : - Primary and secondary research - Help build a strong knowledge management system and platform - Analysis of key marketing trends, competitive landscape present and future, technology and IPR, Government initiatives and regulatory landscape, Customer segment attributes, 4P's and marketing mix to assist the sales and marketing teams in developing Sales and Marketing strategies and provide business intelligence and inputs to the CEO and the leadership teams to help them set the short and long terms strategic plans - Target Customer segment analysis to help support strong Customer Management Process including Customer Relation Management (CRM) process and programs to drive customer satisfaction, with key focus on customer acquisition, retention, growing customer relationships and minimizing attrition - Own responsibility for monitoring & reporting on the execution of programs/project management to meet specific performance objectives for the business Desired: - Exposure to various analytical tools like conjoint analysis, crystal ball, predictive modeling, etc. - Experience in Market Research (Both Primary & Secondary), Strategic Analysis, financial analysis, Business modeling, data integration, knowledge management and integration of Management Informations System (MIS) and Decision Support System (DSS). - Strategy tools like Balanced Scorecards and Strategy Maps
