Business Analyst - FinTech - XLRI

One of our client is looking for someone in 'Business Analyst'. It is a strategic role and working closely with Founder, CEO & other Departmental Lead.

-Our client is one of the oldest fintech companies that is taking banking and financial services to all the customers through their online platform. Having served over 50 million customers in the last 13 years, with a network of nearly 2 lac merchants. 

Using its vast network of merchant outlets, the platform is reaching the lower and mid-income groups who deal in cash, for them to be able to remit money across the country digitally. It now plans to take its unique digital financial solutions to developing markets across the globe. As pioneers of mobile-based payment services in India, they empower Retailers, Individuals, and Businesses to have an online presence and earn or save a little extra through the transactions.

The role requires an astute, articulate individual who, with clear instruction, will support the delivery process. The role involves learning and increasing business knowledge quickly, with the resulting opportunity to progress internally.

Job requirements :

- B-tech degree and MBA from XLRI Only

- Demonstrable interest in and knowledge of the financial services industry

- Relevant work experience/internship in consultancy, market research or financial services is preferred

Job Description :

- Exceptional analytical abilities, including the interpretation of large data sets and deciphering the findings into clear messages and visuals

- Effective written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders

- The ability to develop an understanding of individual client needs and industry trends

- An entrepreneurial and creative mind-set

- A strong work ethic and service mentality with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in parallel

- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently

- Strong MS Excel skills are preferred, and experience using SQL and VBA is an advantage
