Business Analyst - Fintech Startup

Responsibilities:

- End to end ownership of data extraction, data preparation and portfolio monitoring for loans portfolio

- Creating periodic MIS to review business from growth, profitability and risk perspectives

- Creating user segmentation, cohort analysis, mix analysis & TTD analysis for portfolio

- Creating acquisition and lifecycle management models across segments

- Prepare exhaustive risk monitoring framework to identify early signs of stress and suggest corrective actions

- Periodic policy and scorecard reviews

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of experience.

- Proficient in formulating analytical methodology, identifying trends and patterns with data

- Hypothesis testing, Knowledge of Segmentation Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint

- Proficient in SQL, R/Python

- Fintech/NBFC experience is preferred but not mandatory
