Business Analyst - FinTech - IIT/IIM

Background :

We are looking for a business analyst to help the CEO and the sales team with merchant outreach and manage partner relationships

You will :

- Help research target merchant profiles based on a variety of criteria

- Help identify suitable leads in target merchants

- Assisting in researching new leads and industry segments to target.

- Enrich leads by finding information about the person and the company who has signed up for the product.

- Assign the leads to the respective salesperson according to category (start-up, SMB, Enterprise) and region.

- Track daily sign-ups and demo requests and ensure they are all treated within 24 hours.

- Creating weekly reports.

- Work closely with the CEO to manage the merchant pipeline

- Ensure that various appropriate infrastructure elements, including documents, periodicals, manuals, policy documents, etc are kept up to date and are available.

- Help research partners for the business from a processing / rail perspective

You will have :

- Be extremely diligent ;Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work.

- Already have or be open to adopt our customer-first developmental mindset.

- Highly skilled in Excel, Word, and other word processing software programs.

- Showcase good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks.

- Showcase good written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to multitask.

- Have good interpersonal skills.
