About CheQ :

CheQ is a consumer-facing app that aims to solve the gaps in the existing repayment eco-system of credit products. CheQ aims to solve these challenges through its app, to become India's most rewarding, convenient & safest repayment platform for credit products.

What You'll Be Doing :

- Act as an intermediary between product, business and tech teams to elicit and capture business needs; understand the customer journey and define detailed user requirements to enhance the design and development of our product.

- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document current and future state processes by creating functional specification documents, process flows, etc.

- supports the Product Team through planning and requirements documentation for new products, features, and technical processes.

- Assist product manager by identifying product milestones, tasks, issues, risks and providing regular project status reports.

- Support the corresponding development and/or review of internal and external product reference materials and coordinate customer-specific rollout.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.

- Experience planning and prioritising work, preferably in a business analyst, product or project management role

- Exposure to product management, software product lifecycle, road mapping, and agile methodologies

- Ability to produce clear and concise workflow documents to drive balanced solutions that consider people, process and technology components

- Experience using tools like Jira or Confluence.

- Experience with Microsoft Visio, Balsamic, Draw.io

- Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.

- Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and product owners to achieve target outcomes.
