- Valuation of middle east companies using various methodologies such as DCF, relative valuation, transaction comparables

- Building new models for different real estate projects in different regions of Saudi Arabia and adding new features to existing models to make them more robust with the help of advanced excel formulae, scenario analysis and simulation

- Feasibility Study - Model that calculates the cash flow of the projects to determine the feasibility using parameters such as ROE, NPV, IRR, payback period etc

- Business Plan - Financial modelling

- Business Valuation - Detailed financial models for valuation of companies projecting the financial statements and valuation using DCF, relative analysis, transaction comparables and SOTP

- Investment and Bank Teasers - Analyze the project feasibility and prepare presentations for equity and debt investors to be used by management to pitch for investments in the projects

- Strategy and Business Plan Presentations - Structure and analyze the business plan in accordance with the strategy and prepare the presentations to be used by CEO to present to board of directors
