Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Document business requirement documents (BRD), Functional specifications documents (FSD) and associated process flows

- Enrich high level product features into detailed use stories, user story decomposition and ability to handle multiple work streams and assignments simultaneously,

- Work closely with development/engineering team to lead implementations and work as part of a team.

- Creating sequence diagrams, preparing data model and use cases

- Document test scenarios for functional testing

- Supporting development team during design and implementation of business requirements

- Engage with clients and external stakeholders to understand business process and articulate the requirements.

- Monitor the development and implementation of plans for the design, testing, and implementation of all business requirements.

Must have :

- Minimum 6-10 years of experience as Business Analyst

- Understanding of financial markets ecosystem - primarily Sell side and banking treasury.

- Trading/Capital market experience, Treasury/Single dealer and Multi dealer platforms with in-depth understanding of front to back trading flows, processes, message flows, clearing flows, source to target event and data mapping.

- Familiarity with trading systems in a financial institution and/or first-hand experience of working on any trading platform - Murex, Calypso, Summit, TLM, Openlink Endure, Broadridge.

- Experience working with other dealer platforms such as Bloomberg, Tradeweb, FXAll, 360T, FIXAPI connections

- Knowledge in asset classes or treasury products (Derivatives & Foreign Exchange)

- FX Cash, FX Options and related FX classes

- Derivatives products - Interest rates swaps, FX derivates, Equity derivatives
