Principal Accountabilities/Duties:   - Collect, organize, and manage market, industry, and competitor data  - Research multiple (internal and external) sources of company, industry, technology and market information and synthesize the information and come up with insights of strategic relevance without sharing any obvious facts.  - Provide financial and business analysis to uncover insights of business significance.   - Analyzing competitive firms to identify key trends, product pipeline prediction, predict strategic maneuvers, etc.  Qualifications and Key skills   - MBA or equivalent qualification with first degree preferably in agriculture/ mechanical/electronics engineering).  - 2-4 years of experience with a commercial organization preferably in Business Strategy or consulting role  - Strong analytical skills with a knack of spotting the unseen pattern or dots to be connected to arrive at a decision.  - Ability to work cross-functionally and deal with ambiguous work situations   - Open to new ideas and opinion to re-tweak self-synthesis and embrace cross functional viewpoints  - Ability to identify difference between critical details and unimportant facts.  - Is attentive to details and accuracy and committed to excellence
