JOB DESCRIPTION

a. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

- Responsible for analysis of financial results, reporting of financial results, business analysis for M&A transactions,

b. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB (KRA)

SL. RESPONSIBILITY AREA

1. Analyse periodical financial results (monthly, quarterly, etc.)

2. Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly and other periodical financial reports for management and investors.

3. Assist CFO (International) in preparing business and financial analysis of M&A opportunities and transactions

4. Assist CFO (International) in preparation of Annual Reports for SIS Group

5. Preparation of presentations and information packs for investors and partners
