Business Analyst/Executive Assistant to MD - Infrastructure

The client is a part of large conglomerate. The candidate should have a management degree and should be based in Kolkata.

Role is of an Analyst cum EA to the MD

MBA is a must for the role.

The role involves:

- Attend meetings, take minutes, transcribe minutes, derive action plans and follow up with all attendees to reinforce the meeting purpose, outcome and expected responses/actions.

- Handle highly confidential and sensitive materials with discretion.

- Creating and collate necessary presentations and paperwork prior to meetings.

- Keeps a track of all the pending approvals to be signed off by the MD's. The MD is based overseas and hence a bit of traveling would also be required.

- Checking and replying all the mails well in time.

- Compiling and sending reports to upper level on monthly basis.

- Organizing quarterly, yearly networking events, business meeting, independently and as per the guidelines by top Management.

Other Requisites :

- Willingness to travel outside Kolkata

- Candidate should be smart with good communication skills

- Should be confident & a pleasing personality
