Business Analyst/Executive Assistant - Financial Services - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

This role is responsible for providing strategic information to senior management for setting & realizing the business objectives. Work on various strategic initiatives including Organization Development, Sales Strategy, Finance strategy and operations related projects in the company

Key Responsibilities : 

Functional : 

Responsibilities - Facilitates COO in operational decision making via

1. Root Cause Analysis - Collect reports and make both qualitative & quantitative analysis

a. Identifying variances in different parameters pertaining to commercial, production and any other challenges

b. Assists COO in analysis of key issues for discussions in meetings

2. MOM Follow-up: Tracking the Quality & TAT for MOM action points

- Facilitates COO in strategic Decision making& Business Insights

1. New projects : Qualitative & Quantitative Insights

2. Special projects : Qualitative & QuantitativeInsights

3. Branch wise analysis: Qualitative & QuantitativeInsights

4. Strategic / key projects : Analysis of Qualitative & Quantitative Insights

5. Capex : Analysis of Qualitative & Quantitative Insights

6. Taking reports from business planning team and briefs COO on key highlights & analysis

- Ensures smooth conduct of reviews

1. To prepare Hierarchy level presentations

2. Collects progress from the operating team on the identified business issues and updates COO

3. Prepare for weekly updates and meetings with business heads

- Prepares presentations to be made by COO to both Internal and external stakeholders

1. Understanding the requirement

2. Collecting inputs from various departments and collating the same

3. Prepares Draft presentations and gets inputs of COO

4. Prepares Final presentation

Job Requirements : 

Qualifications: MBA / Management Graduate (Preferably from Premier B-Schools)

Experience : 4+ years (preferably in the same industry)

Competencies :

- Ability to analyze variance in all parameters

- Good Understanding of Finance industry

- Must be detail-oriented and proactive

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
