Hiring BUSINESS ANALYST - ENTERPRISE APPLICATION for its client a Globally leading Pharmaceutical company @ Hyderabad

LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) experience would be an Ideal candidate

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in business user requirements & understand the key operational & data challenges of client's organization.

2. Review and prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.

3. Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.

4. Oversee development of solution prototype

5. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a pro-active manner.

6. Communicates required changes to development team

7. Develop clear application development and leverage strategy to improve compliance and user experience

Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/M.Sc. an MBA degree from Premier institute would be preferred

Technical Requirements:

1. Must have good exposure to enterprise applications (like LIMS, Empower, SAP/QMS, sharepoint ), technology inclination

2. Good understanding of business processes in at least one of the functions like Manufacturing, Quality etc.

3. Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.

4. Knowledge in Project management background and familiar with PMI project methodologies and SDLC.

5. Candidates with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) experience would be ideal

Operating Network:

Internal: All functions and teams within the organization across India and overseas locations

External: Vendors, implementation partners, knowledge networks

Experience Required:

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in a reputed medium to large-scale manufacturing organization (preferably in Pharmaceuticals industry) or in a consulting firm.

2. Prior experience in IT operations would be ideal.
