Especially operational risk areas (fraud risks, legal risks, physical or environmental risks) - Understands data collection, validation and issues management as it relates to risk management practices. Understands controls and document all actions, decisions and changes - Understanding of Archers eGRC solution and its fitment into business processes (or alternate systems like metricstream) - Understanding of the Archer new configuration features and back-end processes - Business Analyst skills like business interfacing and co-ordination. Writing Functional specs, etc. - Excellent communication skills  Job Purpose:  To work closely with the customers to understand their business model, requirements and translate them into software requirements document, which would then be used by design & development teams and QA for solutioning  Principal Accountabilities:  The person in this job is responsible for the following  Customer  1. Analyse business need, elicit and document requirements  2. Review with stakeholders and achieve agreement on requirements  3. Achieve consensus on business need, usability, performance and feasibility  4. For the internal customers being supported:  a. Develop and maintain knowledge and learning  b. Proliferate offerings to sales team  c. Advise QA and Development teams on trouble shooting analysis  Process  1. Follow standard documentation processes, focusing on objectives of customer, development and QA  2. Develop artefacts through case studies, white papers and lessons learnt  3.
