Role we’re hiring for: Business Analyst

At MXV, a Business Analyst is an integral part of the project team. The work involves creation of frameworks, intense research and fact finding, data analysis, and working with client teams to drive change. There is constant client interaction and the opportunity to work with top management teams. Analysts get to learn about different industries and domains with every assignment. In addition, there are several internal initiatives to get involved in. All Analysts are an integral part of our knowledge creation programme. Regular training programs are conducted by consultants and industry experts to enable the development of Analysts.

The Business Analyst role is typically an under-graduate position. We are looking for Economics, Commerce and Science graduates from St.Stephen’s, Hindu, Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Lady Shri Ram College (LSR) and St.Xavier’s (Mumbai). Prior business experience is not a must, but a passion for learning and “making a difference” is critical.
