Business Analyst - eCommerce - IIM/IIT/NIT

Job Description

Responsible for capturing, consolidating and creating / validating business requirements for various analytical projects involving product management, customer lifecycle management, etc. Understand business processes, link business data with data captured during business processes and create conceptual/logical data models

Lead and support strategic business initiatives focused on business intelligence and analytics

Translate outcomes from statistical models into business solutions which can be applied on the ground

Continue dialogue with the business users to monitor effectiveness of implementation and provide feedback for improved model building

Identify fresh areas for implementation of strategic analytics and convince the prospect of its utility
