Business Analyst - eCommerce

Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Create, automate and schedule reports to be distributed across the group to different stakeholders

- Be part of improvement projects with the objective to improve overall execution of reporting and analytics

- Synthesize findings, develop recommendations and communicate results effectively

- Partner with multiple teams to understand key triggers that drive behavior changes, performance improvement etc.

Experience & Skills:-

- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

- Experience in working on unstructured data

- Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel including dashboards, Excel Macros, Pivot & other advanced reporting functions

- Experience in writing SQL queries, SSRS and very good knowledge on MySQL

- Understanding of Returns & Customer Support in ecommerce preferred
