Business Analyst - Ebanking ATM

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- The person should have experience in Business Process Flow, Software development life cycle and Project Management.

- Will be responsible for Project activities like conceptualization, testing and maintenance of the project.Also for implementation of the ATM/ITeller machines at the respective locations as desired by the management

- Will be responsible for writing BRD's FSD's, test cases.

- Will be supporting the project manager for other enterprise level changes /enhancements on the platform

- Should ensure quality testing and proper user training

- Should manage critical issues that may come up

Qualifications Requirement :

Functional : B.Com/ICWA/CA/MBA(reputed institute)/ Technical:B.Sc/BE/GNIIT from NIIT /Diploma in Software

Experience Requirement :

- 3-5 years of experience on ATM switch technology, preferably of AGS, FSS, Euronet

- 3-4 years of experience as a business analyst or operation user with specific experience in Managed Services

- Understanding market practices in the digital and ATM space

- Should have managed implementation of process and system functionalities and training

- Should have good knowledge of products and functions of Retail users

- Should have experience in Business Process Flow, Software development life cycle and Project Management.

- Should have experience in Project activities like conceptualization, testing and maintenance of the project.

- Should have experience in writing BRD's FSD's, test cases.

Technical Skill Requirement : Working knowledge of SQL interfaces and Finacle 10.2
