Role is to facilitate business units within the group to develop sound operational strategy to sustain overall performance excellence .

Provide assistance to the business for implementation of these strategies, drive analysis for all bottlenecks and provide support to the operational functions in conceptualizing and executing the investment plan in order to ensure competitiveness in the industry.
