Business Analyst - DP Secure/Intellect Custody

- Our Client, a Leading Private Bank is looking out for a Business Analyst to be based at Mumbai.

- The individual should have Techno functional experience for Capital Market Function including Depository Participant, Custody and Derivative Segment.

- Hands on experience in DP Secure, Intellect Custody or Match Application is additional advantage.

Responsibilities :

1. Daily Production support to Operations / Product users for seamless functioning of Capital Market and Relevant UDR (Unsponsored Depositary Receipt) application

2. Coordinate with various stakeholders for resolution of issues as reported with respect to Applications

3. Well versed with DP, Custody and Derivative function including Regulatory Circulars including Depositories and SEBI Circular with respect to Capital Market Function.

4. Implementation of IFSC Regulatory requirement in analyze with vendor and operations before the Regulatory Deadline

5. Enhancements and Projects implementation with complete responsibility of Requirement Gathering, Approach finalization and UAT with thorough knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

6. Preparation of Detailed Requirement Documentation

7. Finalization of Functional Specification Document

8. Ensure the preparation of Projects plan for all projects and monitoring, escalating and time to time update to the stakeholders/

9. Deployment of releases received from Vendor/Developer in UAT environment for testing and coordination with Vendors for any issue in the same.

10. Update the Projects status in Project tracker and follow Change Management process for all Projects.

11. Check Hardware / Storage / Infrastructure impacts and requirements for enhancements raised in systems under purview.

Experience needed :

Technical Expertise :

1. Good Knowledge of DP (Depository Participant) and Custody Domain.

2. Good knowledge of ORACLE / SQL Database Server

3. Good knowledge of Operating system - Windows / Unix

4. Should have knowledge of Shell Scripting / Autosys (Scheduler) Batch creation

5. Ability to generate backend query for data generation in ORACLE / SQL and analyze the same preferred

Functional Expertise :

1. DP Account Opening Process including interface with Imaging application

2. Capital Market segment including, Custody, Depository Participant and Derivative Function.

3. Off Market and On Market Transfer of shares for all Asset Classes

4. Pledge and invocation of shares for Margin and Loan Against Shares

5. HRT (Hold and Release Transfer) eBroking interface for Broking support

6. FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) Regulation and Reporting

7. CKYC Regulation and Reporting.

8. Dematerialization and Dematerialization of Shares for all Asset Class

9. Hands on Experience in Corporate Action Entitlement

10. Hands on Experience in implementation of API based integration.
