Business Analyst - Dodd Frank

- Investment Banking/IT. Preferable experience in the field of Equities (Corporate Actions)

- Financial experience preferably in a service company type model.

- Project Methodology knowledge/certification preferable.

- Sound knowledge of documentation required in each stage of the project life cycle.

- Exposure and understanding of Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act’s key Titles

- Exposure to key Regulatory Updates and definitions from CFTC and SEC publication in Federal Registers.
