Designation- Business Analyst

Work from office- 5 days Working- Work From Office Only

Mandatory Skill :

- LOS/LMS System experience

- Lending domain

- Techno -Functional BA

- API integration knowledge

Responsibilities :

- Identifies products and/or services and their key features within unit or function

- Identifies unit's core business drivers (i.e. regulatory, competition, customer behaviour) impacting revenues and costs

- Gathers needs from unit and business / vendors to support development of technology solutions

- Interact with the business users to understand the requirements for the IT solution

- Document the requirements

- Get the users concurrence on the documented requirements

- Understand how a Business case is developed, approved and the key features of a business case document

- Supports business case development for a technology solution by using analytical frameworks identified by supervisor

- Understand role of decision makers who will review the business case

- Demonstrates understanding of customers' requirements

- Collects and summarizes information on what customers (internal and external) need and what they are getting

- Adapts self for servicing a diverse range of customers

- Maintains required communication with customer on an on-going basis

- Maintains demand repository to record demand requests as they are presented by users

- Collaborates with stakeholders and tracks demands to completion

- Forwards requests to application design / development teams for evaluation and coordinates responses
