Business Analyst - Digital Collaboration & Data Governance

As a business analyst, you will:

- Engage with stakeholders from different business units and functions to understand their data needs and expectations;

- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for data governance solutions;

- Support the development squad in implementing the requirements in the data governance tooling, and ensure alignment with the overall data strategy and architecture;

- Communicate and collaborate with other business analysts, data stewards, data owners and data users to ensure consistency and quality of data governance across the organization;

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and adoption of data governance solutions, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

- Academic thinking and working level

- Good knowledge of collaborative tools like Microsoft M365 or peers.

- Experience with data governance.

- Experience within IT Workplace and/or HR is preferred.

- Strong consulting skills; Excellent presentation and advisory skills.
