- Experience in Data Modelling, Expertise in Office tools, Creating and Maintaining BRD, Risk Registers and other operational documents.

- Discuss with Business teams, understand the requirement, define and document the requirements

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and turn data into information/insights that would help Business to take decisions which may include Predictive Data Analytics model as applicable

- Ability to quickly understand the available Learning data domains, structure data streams and form Learning data lake. Our source systems is of SQL instance and our existing reporting platform is of Greenplum and Pentaho
