Business Analyst - Data Analytics

Desired candidate should have:

- Strong problem solving, business analysis, quantitative & communication skills

- Ability to identify the business problem to be solved and gathering and sharing the required data with the external consultant

- Understanding the external consultants recommendations, explaining to the internal stakeholders and monitoring internal implementation

- Post implementation monitoring and evaluating the output and coordinating with external agency to refine the next iteration

- Working knowledge of statistical and data science principles to enable adequate understanding of design of experiments, algorithm models (linear or logistic regression, cluster analysis, decision tree methods, propensity score matching etc.), the appropriate application of different models, and effective communication to business audiences

- Detail oriented and commitment to producing high-quality work and maximizing resources, while meeting deadlines

- Ability to present work logically, clearly and improve internal customer experience and engagement

- Bonus points for prior experience in solving retail problems
