Business Analyst/Data Analyst-Investment Banking Domain

Role : Business Analyst/Data Analyst

Experience : 2+ years

Domain : Investment Banking

Location : Pune

Role & Responsibilities :

- Execute controls and generate reports flagging data quality issues

- Develop controls and reports for financial products and related reference data while working with stakeholders

- Enable business users to make informed decisions by validating various trade and reference data attributes and reporting the exceptions

- Understand and document existing data flows, processes and usage while establishing controls in the new strategic environment

- Liaise with respective Business/IT team for analysis, testing and implementation.

- Should be a team player with ability to co-ordinate and implement various data quality processes, including reference data groups.

Desired profile :

- Graduate/MBA in Finance/ with 2+ years of experience

- Experience of working in an Investment Bank especially Capital Markets will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills both oral and written (interact with geographically dispersed teams).

- Analytical skills to identify the scope and parameters of reported issues and provide appropriate solutions

- Familiarity with process improvement tools is an advantage
