- Develop new Transaction Monitoring models within the Risk Model development framework to cater to emerging typologies and new product risks - Explore new concepts/data driven approaches to mine typologies in historical transactions - Ensure that global projects are able to address the new audit, legal, and regulatory requirements. - Meet regularly with key stakeholders and partners to ensure expectations are met, obstacles are addressed, and relationships are proactively managed. - Accountable for providing support to the Group Risk Analytics teams by driving or supporting administrative and business analytical assignments, by ensuring that his/her decisions are executed, by providing balanced feedback on organisational issues and by providing advice and counsel as appropriate. - Ensure new models are being taken through appropriate Governance - Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Analyst Sanctions Monitoring -&nbsp; - A working knowledge of all areas within AML that consume Capital Markets data. - The ability drill down to understand key/critical data elements, where and how they are used within AML. - Work within AML to bring this knowledge for a view of upcoming events as well as incorporate into AML's strategic vision and planning. - Support the AML LOB with Data Analysis and Reporting on Capital Markets data. - Work within the Data Management team to ensure the Data inventory is updated and maintained. - Work within the Data Management team and the Capital Markets LOB to ensure the correct data quality rules and balance and controls thresholds are in place, monitored and actioned. - Become the focal point for changes to Capital Markets business process and systems to ensure AML has a clear understanding if change impacts. - Work within the AML LOB to communicate these activities and ensure the appropriate areas are clear and may include in their plans/activities. - Work within the Capital Markets LOB to communicate AML needs and requirements with respect to data acquisition, quality and availability. - Design or provide support for creating business system testing, UAT and post-implementation approach and test cases. - Coordinate with T&amp;O and end users on post implementation testing to ensure smooth project implementation. - To assist with/contribute to the control environment to mitigate the risk of IL's products and services being abused for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing. Particular focus on the maintenance of an effective AML and CFT control framework, relating to the analysis of transactions.
