Business Analyst - Data Analysis & Reporting Metrics Analysis - BFS

This position would require data analysis and reporting metrics analysis experience and Synthesize information from data and enable proactive decisions. Co-ordinate between business and technology team to instrument the data flow into Big data platform.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Understand the reporting requirements from business functions and priorities the instrumentation.

2. Facilitate the data on-boarding process into DP

3. Conduct the workshops with business and technology team to negotiate on the data requirements.

4. Send project communications

5. Verify the data appearing the DP dashboards

6. Provide sign off and assist in obtaining the sign off from other teams

Qualification and Experience:

- 5-12 Years of experience - MBA (preferred) and prior experience of dealing with senior leaders in the company.

- Analyzing historical and actual performance to report trend and any potential business impact

- Communicate on business performance metrics with different stakeholders

- Experience in any analytics functions and CoEs is a significant advantage
