This requirement is with one of our clients based out of Bangalore. Client is an Indian eCommerce giant.  Key Responsibilities  - Own the relationship between the clients and its customers and ensure all our business is being driven keeping the customer at the core.  - Own cross functional customer experience programs and drive those programs end to end in the organization. Be accountable for the outcome of those programs.  - Analyse, drive insight from customer data and based on that conceive new programs.  - Coordinate with multiple teams, build and drive customer's perspective in different verticals/departments to drive overall customer centricity in the organization.  Key competencies / attitude required:   - Ownership and accountability, a strong desire to get things done.  - Ability to empathize with the customer  - High degree of numeracy  - Strong problem solving and analytics ability   - Ability to collaborate and drive change   Education: MBA from a premier Bschool (from IIMs or similarly ranked institutes), Engineering degree from IITs or NITs is a plus  Experience:   - Experience in top consulting, banking or analytics firms  - Experience in solving problems B2C businesses  - Experience in creating/implementing processes   - At least 2 years of post MBA experience
