Business Analyst - CRM

- Analyse business, understand need, convert to technical & give solution in CRM & manage resources to ensure service delivery
- 70% manage vendor teams and 30% individual contributor
- Define IT processes & mobilize resources for implementation
- Solution Design to integrate various software & Apps with CRM
- Should have handled one CRM implementation with SAP CRM, SFDC, SAP C4C
- Should know any technology at architecture level only; more a practioner of CRM
- CRM generalist with strong concepts of CRM business, loyalty, call center etc capable of discussing with business & implementing a solution
- BE, 10-15 years experience, 33-38 years of age, Rs. 18-21 lakhs per annum
- CRM, Customer Relationship Management, SAP CRM, SDFC, SIEBEL
