Business Analyst - CRM Development Firm

We are hiring Business Analyst for Mumbai Location.

Job Responsibilities :

- Meeting clients to understand their CRM and process requirements

- Leads system requirements definition process, oversees the system setup during implementation, and manages the team during implementation

- Re-engineer business processes to ensure accurate CRM roll-out

- Responsible for overall management of the implementation of client systems

- Developing high level implementation plans

- Creating and managing the project schedule, participating in performance standards discussions.

- Translating client requirements into system configuration and custom developments and prepares an achievable delivery schedule

- Providing them solutions using our Software.

- Study of global best practices in CRM vertical

- Coordinating with departments to ensure delivery

Eligibility Criteria :

- Educational Qualification : B.E./B.Tech./MCA (with a mandatory combination of either BCA or BSC IT/Computer science) with 2-6 year experience in technology led project

- First division (60%) in 10th, B.E./B.Tech/MCA/PG and 70% in 12th

- Minimum 1 year experience is software Development is must.

Desired Profile :

- Should have at least 2 - 6 years of experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and analytical skill.

- Ability to deliver on timeliness

- Excellent customer facing skills

- Appreciation of Business Issues

- Strong Technical background.

- Experience in BFSI domain shall be preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills :

- Good business analytical skills

- Exposure to Microsoft .NET framework and databases is a plus.
