Business Analyst - CRM - Banking Project - IT Services Firm

We are looking for a BA for our CRM project.

Experience: 6 - 11 yrs

Location: Chennai -Sholinganallur

- The BA should possess strong working experience in CRM projects, and the typical BA skills of strong communications, negotiation, stakeholder management skills and preferably should have worked in Agile projects.

- Should have executed CRM Projects, that include complex functionality, integrations with multiple systems and global user base.

- Have demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, customer review and sign-off

- Extensive experience in conducting workshops, interacting with Senior Business users and IT Stakeholders

- Should have experience working in Agile/iterative methodology

- Work with QA team lead to prepare test scenarios and test cases

- Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing

- Enable preparation of training materials and work with customer side champions in conduct of end-user training

- Excellent communication and documentation skills
