Job summary :
Sales professionals to design/develop strategies to improve the effectiveness of sales organizations through sales diagnostic, process re-engineering, enablement and operationalization.
Job Description :
- Work on assessing sales processes in alignment with business imperatives and client's sales strategy through client data diagnostics and gap analysis
- Work on designing and implementing plans on revamped sales processes in the areas of pipeline management, multi-channel management, territory management, sales incentive and sales operations optimization.
- Work on recommending and deploying process improvements and enablers with best in class KPIs
- Work as an integral part of the client's sales organization, towards driving efficient and effective processes- with a structured, logical and data oriented approach.
- Work to facilitate involvement of key stakeholders and buy-in for change readiness.

- Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities
Internal Development :
- Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals
Experience :
Specific experience will include :
- A minimum of 1 - 5 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in the Products/ Communications & High Tech/ Financial Services industry
Consulting or functional experience in :
- Sales Strategy
- Sales Process Capability Assessment
- Sales Process Re-Engineering
- Functional CRM Tool Design
- Experience working on a large-scale Business / Operational Transformation project desirable
Note : 1 CRM implementation of project end to end is desirable.
