1.Gather requirements from multiple business programs and translate those to programmers and developers. 2.Business Requirement Document and FRD preparation UAT test case . 3.Preparation UAT execution SIT Review and Sign Off Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple change programs and be the change agent for regulatory requirements . 4.Support the strategic scenario infrastructure initiative; define and document business requirement for counterparty credit risk stress testing for strategic implementation. 5.Implementation of the methodology to calculate scenario exposure for both the trading and banking books in the context of CCAR, LPA, ICAAP, FWST. Experience: Strong BA with 5-10 yrs of experience In depth knowledge of credit risk domain and counterparts credit risk topics Knowledge of market risk will be useful In depth understanding of Banking regulatory environment (CCAR, LPA, ICAAP, FWST) - Experience of stress testing projects is highly desirable Technical background, preferably engineering. - Excellent understanding of IT systems end to end and the ability to speak to the architecture at length. - Good product knowledge: fixed income and equity derivatives, SFTs - repos and SLB, cleared and exchange traded derivatives. Skills: - Outstanding relationship management, verbal and written communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage one own time. Strong understanding of SDLC and should be able to work in agile &amp; waterfall environment. - Working knowledge/experience of SQL is a must. - Knowledge of programming languages like R or Python is not mandatory but will be useful.
