Job Description-

- The Business Analyst will be responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the Credit Risk area.

- The Business Analyst will do requirement gathering, analysis, design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations.

- Implementation of regulatory guidelines under BASEL 2 and BASEL 3 norms.

Requirements-

- Bachelor / Masters from reputed institutes

- 5-8 years of work experience (Investment Banking / Capital Market Preferred)

- Good understanding of BASEL 3 norms

- Exposure to Use cases, UAT of projects

- Strong communication skills

- Good Problem solver with strong logical thinking skills
