Credit Card Business Analyst

This position will be responsible for providing the functional & technical assistance to the Credit Cards IT on the various developments, Business and digital initiatives. Person should manage cards peripheral system solution, design and end to end delivery

Position Purpose:

- Customer offer and fulfilment solution for Rewards, Cashback, offers Digital integration

- Customer communication Solution for statement, Alerts, WhatsApp, Notification, etc.

- Operation and Servicing Process automation and optimizations

- Strong knowledge of Credit Card, Interfaces: Online & batch,

- Understanding of Core card processing.

Essential:

- 8 to 17 years of experience as in Credit Card business on Vision Plus and credit card function

- Strong knowledge of cards and peripheral system. Example: Origination,

- Underwriting, Statement, Letter, Alert, Embossing, PIN, Rewards, NPA, Scheme Billing, recon, etc.

Technical/Functional:

- Customer offer and fulfilment solution for Rewards Accrual/Redemption, Portal Management, Cashback, offers Digital integration

- Customer communication Solution for statement, Alerts, WhatsApp, Notification, etc.

- Operation and Servicing Process automation and optimizations

- Strong knowledge of Credit Card, Interfaces: Online & batch,

- Understanding of Core card processing.

- Complete understanding on credit card life cycle

- Cross functional integration expertise

- Excellent track of project management and deliverable

- Able to construct solution in optimize and quickly

- Documentation - HLD, FSD creation, SOP creation, Project documentation
